With over 20 years of successful real estate experience in the Metropolitan Phoenix Area, Aaron brings a wealth of expertise and market knowledge to help Buyers, Sellers, and Investors alike with all their real estate needs. After receiving a soccer scholarship to UCLA, and later graduating from California Lutheran University, Aaron completed five seasons of professional indoor/outdoor soccer while working remotely for a regional mall developer. In 1999 Aaron was then a founder, and Designated Broker of Canyon Creek Realty L.L.C., before becoming the owner and Designated Broker for Western Property Advisors, LLC. in 2009. He is a full time REALTOR® and member of the National Association of REALTORS®, Arizona Association of REALTORS®, Scottsdale Association of REALTORS®, Phoenix Association of REALTORS®, and South East Valley Association of REALTORS®. In addition, Aaron serves on the Real Estate Special Commissioner Roster.
Aaron is a Certified Residential Specialist® (CRS), Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES), Certified Probate Sepcialist® (CPS), Accredited Buyers Representative® (ABR). Aaron also holds certifications in Short Sales, Foreclosures, and Income Producing Properties.

On a more personal note…
When not selling real estate, Aaron is the proud father of an amazing son and a mischievous golden doodle. An avid sports enthusiast, Aaron also loves to play soccer, ski, scuba dive, mountain climb and enjoys every minute of watching his son grow up.
